  • Service booking should be arranged and coupon code should be provided via WhatsApp (T:6302 5640) at least 5 working days in advance. No redemption will be accepted without advanced booking
  • Daily quota is limited for air-conditioner cleansing service, first come first serve
  • This coupon is not applicable on outlying islands,restricted areas, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay
  • This coupon is valid from 2 - 31 May 2024 (Mon – Fri 10:00-18:00) (Except public holidays)and will be considered forfeit after expiry date. This coupon will not be reissued if lost or damaged
  • Please contact customer hotline (T:2406 5666) for any changes of booking at least 2 working days in advance (one time only)
  • This coupon should be redeemed at the same location and at the same time
  • Requests for return or refund, cancellation of orders, exchange of products would not be accepted
  • This coupon is applicable on residential in door split-type air-conditioner cleansing service only, no exchange for cash,products or other services.
  • Coupon copy should be submitted to technician;otherwise no redemption will be accepted

  • If the actual service number exceeds the purchased service number, the difference should be settled in cash by current price; if the actual service number less than the purchased service number, the service can be settled in cash by current price or coupon.   • The coupon is applicable to air-conditioner cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required,separate quotation will be provided by Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd.

  • It was imported from Australia, the coil coating was approved by US EPA which is anti-microbial and offers up to 12 months residual protection*
  • Kärcher Professional Steam Cleanser which effectively improve indoor air quality

What are the benefits of anti-microbial air-conditioner steaming service?

  • Spray US EPA approved anti-microbial coil coating after steam cleansing which is anti-microbial and offers up to 12 months residual protection*
  • Use pH neutral enzyme cleansing detergent which is non-corrosive and no harm to air conditioner can remove mold and bacteria effectively

What are the procedures of the steaming service?

  • Check the condition of the air-conditioner to ensure it suits for cleansing
  • Switch off the electrical power after checking
  • Use the water proof protector to cover the surrounding area
  • Remove and cleanup the front cover and filters of air-conditioner
  • Spray environmentally friendly detergent over the air-conditioner and leave it for approximate 15 minutes
  • Use high pressure cleanser to rinse off the detergent and dirt of air-conditioner
  • Replace the cleaned front cover and filter of air-conditioner
  • Switch on the electrical power and operate the air-conditioner for testing

Are there any usage limitations?

  • This coupon is not applicable on outlying islands,restricted areas, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay
