Shopping Guide


A new, secure and promising online shopping platform by Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'SHET', 'the company', 'us', 'we' or 'our') is now available at Ninki Denki eShop website (hereinafter 'eShop')! With Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for message encryption, all information transmission is secured and kept confidential when you order at www.ninkidenki.hk .

IMPORTANT Note: eShop only accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Wechat Pay, AlipayHK, Alipay and PayMe for online payment.


Order Procedures


Step 1: Select Product
Select the item you would like to order and press “Add to cart”. After item has been added to cart, you may adjust order quantity. You can either choose to “Continue shopping” or “Check out” to proceed payment.

Step 2: Recipient Information
Enter your personal information and delivery address. After information has been entered, press “Checkout”.

Step 3: Confirmation
Please verify your information that you have input in step 2. Confirm order item(s) by pressing “Confirm”.

Step 4: Payment
Read the important notice and press “Confirm and continue checkout” if you confirm your order. Once “Confirm and continue checkout” is pressed, you will be connected to a Secure Payment Page operated by Joint Electronic Teller Services Ltd (hereinafter 'JETCO') / American Express. Your payment instruction will be securely transmitted to the bank for authorisation.

You might be redirected to your card issuing bank and required to enter a password for authentication. Please contact your card issuing bank for service details.

Step 5: Complete
Order is completed. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. In the case of not receiving a confirmation from eShop, please contact cs@ninkidenki.hk .

Remark: When your parcel is ready for collection, SMS will be sent out. The parcel is required to be picked up within 7 days upon notice.

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese version of this shopping guide, the English version shall prevail.

Delivery by / Pick up from S.F. Express

  • Free delivery will be provided for each purchase of HK$500 or above.
  • If order amount is less than HK$500, additional delivery charge is HK$30 for each delivery service.
  • If customer request to change from "delivery by distributors" to "delivery by S.F. Express", delivery fee should be paid on delivery.  
  • Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days.
  • All delivery services are available in Hong Kong only, except for closed areas.
  • Extra days may be required for local holidays, weekends or promotion period.
  • Starting from 6 August 2024,  the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages. Customers can enable push notifications on your mobile devices to avoid missing delivery reminders,  and can also track the real-time status of your shipments within the SFHK APP.

  • The delivery charge is HK$10 for order less than HK$100 and 100g.
  • Estimated delivery time is within 7 working days.
  • All delivery services are available in Hong Kong only.

Pick-up from Ninki Denki

  • Free of charge.
  • You will receive notification by email/SMS when order is arrived at the selected Ninki Denki. The order is required to be picked up within 7 days upon notice.

Additional Stair Charge
