Site Visit Process

 

Step 1

Reserve Site Visit

  • On-site visit fee is counted by each address
  • The fee can be returned if the order is placed online and installed successfully

Step 2

Conduct Site Visit

  • Customer will receive phone & email confirmation before site visit
  • Extra service charge $200 will be added for outlying islands, Discovery Bay, restricted areas and remote areas (Non-refundable)

Step 3

Receive Quotation

  • Quotation will be sent by email within 7 working days after site visit
  • Quotation includes the fee of installation service after deducting the fee of site visit

Step 4

Confirm Quotation & Place Online Order

  • Customer needs to settle the payment via online
  • The delivery time is estimated to be within 7 working days
