1) Service booking should be arranged and coupon code should be provided via WhatsApp (852) 6302 5640 at least 5 working days in advance. No redemption will be accepted without advanced booking

2) This coupon is not applicable on outlying islands, restricted areas, Tung Chung and Discovery Bay

3) Requests for return or refund, cancellation of orders, exchange of products would not be accepted

4) Daily quota is limited for Ceiling Mount Thermo Ventilator cleansing service, first come first serve

5) This coupon is valid from 2 May -  30 May 2025 (Mon – Fri 10:00-18:00) (Except public holidays)and will be considered forfeit after expiry date. This coupon will not be reissued if lost or damaged

6) This coupon is only applicable on Ceiling Mount Thermo Ventilator cleansing service only, no exchange for cash, products or other services.

7) Please contact customer hotline (T: 2406 5666) for any change of booking at least 2 working days in advance (One time only)

8) This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and cash vouchers

9) If the actual service number exceeds the purchased service number, the difference should be settled in cash by current price

10) This coupon is applicable only on the Thermo Ventilator installed at height of maximum 2.5 meters above floor level in residential units.

11) If the Thermo Ventilator is not suitable for cleansing after on-site inspection done by technician, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued

12) If customer does not present at home during technician visit, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued

13) All kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued

14) The coupon is only applicable to Thermo Ventilator cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided by Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.

15) To enjoy " Special offer for cleansing multi-units thermo ventilator", the thermo ventilators should be located at same location and serviced at the same time.

16) Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, claims, or contingent in connection with any defects, faults or failure of the products.

17) Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final decision
