What kind of people are not suitable to drink alkaline ion water?

People with kidney problem. Do not drink with medicine. Not suitable for baby.

What kind of people are not suitable to use acidic water?

People with sensitive skin.

Is the pH of alkaline ion water changed after boiling?

Only minor change under normal conditions.

How long can the alkaline ion water be stored?

Store alkaline ion water into a clean sealed container and drink it within 24 hours if kept at room temperature or within 2 days if kept in the refrigerator.

For first-time users, how should they drink alkaline ion water?

First-time users start to drink at "Alkaline 1" for the first 2 weeks. Then start using "Alkaline 2" for about 2 months and finally select "Alkaline 3".

How much alkaline ion water should be drinked daily?

It is suggested to drink 0.5 - 1L daily.

When should the filter be replaced?

If the water flow is found weak, it is suggested to replace the cartridge.

Once the cartridge is replaced, how should we do?

Once replaced, it is suggested to set the selector lever to "Purified". Turn on the tap fully and let the water flow through the unit for about 3 minutes.
