Coupon Terms & Conditions

1. Service booking should be arranged and coupon code should be provided via WhatsApp: (852) 6302-5640 at least 5 working days in advance. No redemption will be accepted without advanced booking
2. This coupon is valid from 2 May 2025 - 30 May 2025 (Mon – Fri 10:00-18:00) (Except public holidays)and will be considered forfeit r expiry date. This coupon will not be reissued if lost or damaged
3. This coupon only applicable to Panasonic / Rasonic Window Type Air-Conditioner
4. Daily quota is limited for air-conditioner cleansing service, first come first serve
5. Please contact customer hotline (T:2406 5666) for any changes of booking at least 2 working days in advance (one time only)
6. Customer need to provide a cleansing location photo to us before cleansing. If the cleansing location is not suitable for cleansing, we will arrange the Window Air-Conditioner return to workshop to cleansing
7. This coupon is not applicable on outlying islands, restricted areas, Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay
8. Requests for return or refund, cancellation of orders, exchange of products would not be accepted
9. This coupon is applicable on residential indoor window-type air-conditioner cleansing service only, no exchange for cash, products or other services.
10. To enjoy " Special offer for cleansing multi-units air-conditioner", the air-conditioners should be located at same location and serviced at the same time.
11. Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and cash vouchers
12. If the actual service number exceeds the purchased service number, the difference should be settled in cash by current price; if the actual service number less than the purchased service number, the service can be settled in cash by current price or coupon. It will not be credited in any form if the service number is less than indicated
13. This coupon is applicable only on the indoor window-type air conditioner with 3/4 HP -1.5 HP and installed at height of maximum 3 meters above floor level in residential units, coupon should be redeemed at the same location and at the same time
14. For building without elevator or elevator that cannot reach the delivered address, staircase fee will be charged. An additional $80 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 3/4-1.5 hp window-type air-conditioner and $100 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 2-2.5 hp window-type air-conditioner. (up to 6 floors) Other types to be quoted
15. Additional fee will be charged for pathway to destination. $120 per unit/ per trip/ per 100m.
16. If the air-conditioner is not suitable for cleansing after on-site inspection done by technician, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
17. If customer does not present at home during technician visit, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
18. All kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, the coupon will be redeemed automatically and will not be reissued
19. The coupon is applicable to air-conditioner cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided by Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd.
