Can the thermo ventilator adjust manually the temperature of bathroom?

No. When the temperautre is reached to the certain high degree, it will be off until the temperature is lower again.

Can the filter be cleaned by water?

No, it is not washable. The filter is equipped with an anti-microbial layer. If it is cleaned with water, the anti-microbial layer will be washed away and the anti-microbial performance will be thus affected. It is suggested to clean by vacuum cleaner.

Can the thermo ventilator be modified to install into different installation ways that are not mentioned in operation manual?

No. It is suggested to install based on the installation manual.

Does the thermo ventilator need maintenance?

The filter, front panel and panel base of the thermo ventilator should be cleaned regularly to prevent abnormal operation that caused by dust and dirt. For the cleaning guideline, please refer to the operation manual.

Is there cleansing service for thermo ventilator?

How is the filter cleaning indication lamp off?

Press and hold the MODE button on control panel for 3 seconds. A “beep” sound is heard to switch off the filter cleaning indication lamp and reset the timer.

How is the remote control paired with the Thermo Ventilator?

The remote control must be paired with the Thermo Ventilator before use. Within one minute after the Thermo Ventilator is powered on, press and hold the buttons “HEAT” and “VENT.” on the remote control for 3 seconds to complete the pairing process. When the pairing is successful, three beeps will be heard.
