What kind of door can be installed with Rasonic Smart Lock?
Can be installed in wooden doors, iron doors, bronze doors and security doors.

Can Rasonic Smart Lock be installed on existing door locks?
You can first measure the door thickness and the distance from the center of the lock to the door edge and take pictures (front and side view of the door lock) to the salesperson or installion master to decide whether it is suitable for installation.

If there is a metal gate, is it suitable to install Rasonic Smart Lock?
Pay attention to whether the distance between the metal gate and the door is sufficient enough (more than 75 mm).

What are the precautions for the laser void label on the packaging box?
For security reasons, the laser void label on the packaging box must be opened in front of the installation master; if the customer tears the void label by himself/herself, the company will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product.

If the power supply is about to run out, there will be voice and mobile phone application prompts. Please remove the lithium battery and charge it as soon as possible.

What should I do if I am outside the house and the lithium battery is completely out of power?
The door can be opened with a spare mechanical key or use a USB port at the bottom of the lock body outside the door for emergency charging.

Charging and storage of lithium battery?
Suggested charging method: Use a 5V(1A/2A) charger with mirco USB input, the red light indicates that it is charging, and the blue light indicates that it is fully charged. Generally, the battery can be fully charged in 3~5 hours, and it can be recharged about 300 times. It is not recommended to use a fast charger or overnight charging, as there is a chance of damaging the battery.

Storage: If the lithium battery has not been used or idle for six months, it is recommended to recharge it once for every six months.
